Make "Don't know" mutually exclusive in a multiple-response question

I have a multiple-response question, with four (4) response categories. I added a Don’t know response.
Is it possible to make the “Don’t know” response, such that if this is selected, the remaining four responses cannot be chosen? If so, please, please provide a sample syntax.

Check the collection of public questionnaires. This has definitely occurred more than once in the past.
