Looking for GSED ( Global Scales for Early Development ) questionnaire in Survey Solutions

Dear Survey Solutions Community,
We need to collect GSED ( Global Scales for Early Development ) data for our study in Ethiopia. The WHO created an android application. It looks similar to ODK format.

Has anyone adapted this for Survey Solutions?

Hello @fvandyk ,

I did a quick search based on a couple of questions from a screenshot:

and it came up empty:

So even if they implemented something (it also looks ODK-based to me) they are not sharing this questionnaire publicly, so you might just need to contact them directly for it.

Good idea about searching a couple questions.
I think we have access to the paper questionnaire. If so we may create a SS version.
