Local Server solutions Update error

I was attempting to upgrade my SS server to the latest version however we are currently using 22.09. I intended to upgrade to 22.12 then to 23.9. I am getting the following error
ss Installation error

The log showed the following errors:

What could is causing this error? Should I try to upgrade from 22.09 to the latest version?

I have updated the Survey Solutions on Windows Server 2012 R2 in two scenarios:

  1. 22.9.2.33391 → 22.12.2.33795 → 23.9.4.35728.
  2. 22.9.2.33391 → 23.9.4.35728.
    Both of them have been completed successfully. No issues were found. So it is hard to say What could cause described error. It looks like some environment issue. Could you please reset the IIS, reboot machine and check the OS setup.

The Survey Solutions allows to update from any “old” version to the latest one via one step but just in case please follow standard precautions and recommendations:

  1. Downlaod .exe file from the original source https://mysurvey.solutions.
  2. Make a DB backup before an updating.

Perhaps it is a good time to upgrade your OS as well?
