Hello, my server subscription expired and i have been requestion for extension since Wednesday. I have not got any reply and my server has not been extended.
I am getting warning in the headquarters as follows:
Our records indicate that your survey has been completed. The server will be stopped on 03/02/2020.
Is it that your servers are down (which i doubt) or my request has not been attended to?
