Is there a way to add observations or notes to each of the questions?

Hello!

It is necessary on the part of all the Directorates of the Institute, to impute information of what arises during an interview.
Most projects have a sheet at the end, similar to the attached image, where the censor / interviewer makes the corresponding notes. Suggestions to add observations or notes to each interview question.
If you apply the note in each question, what component do you recommend? (see image below)

In Survey Solutions this is called comments and you don’t need to do anything to have this feature. It is available for any survey right out of the box.

Please do at least a minimal search before posting the question.
