Interviewers unable to sync their tablets

Hi there, we have been facing some issues in the last 10 days and none of our interviewers are able to sync their data. Every time they try to sync, they get an error message that the Interviewer App has stopped.
Is anyone else facing this issue? And any ideas on how this can be resolved?

Hello Jana,

most likely they are running an older version and trying, unsuccessfully to install an update.

Try to update a tablet manually

and see if that helps. If yes, do the same for other tablets.
