Interviewers Not receiving assignments assigned by supervisors

I have been testing the Supervisor app to Assign interviews to interviewers. While I have successfully assigned an interview to Interviewer X, from Supervisor A, the assigned case is not being received by Interviewer X on her app, even after so many attempts at synchronization. The said interview no longer appears on the “Tasks to assign” tab of Supervisor A.

But if assigned to Interviewer X via the Headquarters by the admin, Interviewer X can receive assigned interviews.

Could you please take a look at the Horizantal Sync not working - #9 by vfedoseev? May be you have the same issue. Also, you can find the temprorary workaround there.
