Interviewer synchronization error

Hi. I’m currently working with the Interviewer App. I encountered this problem when trying to synchronize the tablet.

There is one interview that I cannot synchronize. This error appears:
“user authentication error
your account was linked to another tablet”

This interviewer logged in with the same username and password in 2 different devices, which I believe caused this error. But now I don´t know how to synchronize this interview. I didn’t want to log in in the other device again because I’m afraid it can damage the interview or even lose it.
