Interviewer not receiving assignment from Supervisor app

Hello everyone,
We are preparing to launch a survey involving several interviewers and supervisors. That’s why I’ve started testing the Supervisor application, which I haven’t had a chance to use yet.

Perhaps I’ve misunderstood how it works, but it seems that the assignments that the supervisor assigns via the Supervisor app to interviewer do not synchronize on the Interviewerr app.

For the moment, the assignement by supervisors only work with the web version for supervisors.

However, it would be very useful for us to allow supervisors to assign interviews by tablet.

Any idea to solve this problem ?

please resend the screenshots, possibly highlight what information you want to refer in the screenshot.

as you are just setting things up, list the steps already performed and the step where you are currently at, (which instructions are you following?)

There are the steps im following :

1/ On the server, the HQ assign preloaded interviews (with a .tab file) with GPS informations, these interview are assigned to the Supervisor1

2/ The supervisor1 connect to the supervisor app, synchronize and assign interviews to the Interviewer1 of his team and synchronize (vertical synchronization)

3/ The Interviewer1 connect to his app and synchronize to receive assigned interviews, but he doesn’t receive anything.
