Interviewer application doesn't responde

Hi,
Sometimes on the tablet, the interviewer’s application crash or it is blocking with a message “interviewer isn’t responding. Do you want to close it?” during the questionnaire compilation. To solve this problem the interviewer needs to restart the tablet and, in rare case, with a loosing of the data that was filling.
