Interviewer app not responding

Hello, we are having some problems with the Interviewer app.

The app stops and a sign appears asking to close it. Several of the interviewers have experienced this trouble (between september 1st and 4). I sent two logs of these users vi email to support.

We are using version 20.10.4 of the app and the tablet is a Gadnic Quadcore 32gb 2gb OS Android 6.0.

This problem appeared with the use of a very long and complex questionnaire. Could this be a cause of the problem?

You could claim that this is the cause of the problem.
When there are very long questionnaires and the devices do not have much capacity, this case of stopping the apps usually happens, sometimes it also happens when you have multiple applications open.

This case happened to us with very few interviewers, our recommendations were always to restart the device to free the cache. There are also apps that run in the background and consume device memory, so the ideal thing would be to try to optimize the device, perhaps by uninstalling those apps that are not necessary.
