Incorrect password

Hello good,

I have a problem with an enumerator, I reset the password, I enter the web and it leaves me.
But when I try to enter from the interviewer app, it tells me the wrong password.

Any ideas ? If it is that I have to wait a few minutes for it to take the new password or what?
