We have the Headquarters software installed locally on our server and when we try to import our questionnaire templates from the designer, it just keep saying “Processing” after we enter our login credentials.
I’ve noticed that the Questionnaire Designer URL has changed as well, is there anything that we need to change on our local Headquarters server to access our questionnaires when we try to import them?
I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue. You may need to make one change manually since it seems like our automated update may have failed.
Please go to the folder where you have Headquarters installed (c:\program files\survey solutions\site) and look at the headquarters.web.config file in the Configuration folder.
There, look at the parameter “DesignerAddress” - it should be “https://designer.mysurvey.solutions”
