How to move interviewers to another team in the latest versions?

I cannot find the “reassign to another team” functionality in the latest versions.
I would expect it in the Administration > Users tab in the Headquarters module.
Selecting an interviewer just gives the options to “ADD TO WORKSPACES” and “REMOVE FROM WORKSPACES”. In pre-workspaces versions there was an option “MOVE TO ANOTHER TEAM”.
Is this functionality now available at a different place? Or has it been removed?

Selecting a workspace in the filters allows you to change teams.
