Recently, I was trying to understand/troubleshoot an issue where interviews weren’t synching to the server. From the field, I get a screenshot where I can see interview__key in Interviewer. Also from the field, I get the information packet logs from Interviewer, and those logs refer to interviews by their interview__id.
For interviews that sync to the server, one can see both the interview__id and the interview__key.
For interviews taht don’t sync to the server, one can see the interview__key in Interviewer but not the interview__key.
In the end, I used sync time–that is, report from the field of trying to sync and failing at time X plus some time zone math–to identify the interview in the logs.
Is there a better way?
