How to constrain the number answer in multiple answer

Hi all, I have a multiple question and list of answer are generated by a list of question from roster. Now, I want to constrain the number of answer is only lower than 2 options form multiple answer. For example, I have Bob, Tan, Lien, Duong on the answer list and I want the enumerator only can choose Bob and Tan, or Bob and Lien, or Tan Lien, so on. I appreciate any suggestions for me.

There is an option to select max no of answers allowed for a multi-select question.
