Hide number of questions

Hi, I have a problem, in my questionnaire I have questions that I set in my design for example" 101. What’s your name? , 102. Do you have dni?". the problem is when I used this application on my smartphone or tablet I only see " What’s your name?, Do you have dni? " but I can’t see the numbers 101 and 102, but in others questions I can see that numbers, I see my design and the questions dont have difference or space blank
