However there is no information received towards username and password. I daily check emails including spam.
Reset your password using the self-service portal where you requested the server in the first place.
The new password will be mailed to you.
I am having the same problem. I have received the server. When I click on the server link, I am taken to the headquarters login but can’t login - (password and username do not work). When I try to reset my password using the self-service portal (as suggested by @sergiy) - the reset link does not arrive in my inbox. (https://efddar20.mysurvey.solutions
