Failed to load resource error when importing questionnaire from Designer

Hello everyone,

I am getting this error when I try to import a questionnaire from the Designer within a dedicated server. I have tested this with a Personal Demo Server and it all works fine. Hope you can provide us some guidelines about what might be happening with our server.

Please check that server https://designer.mysurvey.solutions is reachable form your server there Survey Solutions is installed.

Make sure you are not blocking outgoing requests to the Designer as per architecture diagram here:
