Export and Import Strutuce of questionnaire in Designer

Dear,
After designing a questionnaire in the Designer, i see it is possible to export the questionnary in html or pdf format. But if we delete a questionnaire by mistake, is it possible to import the html format to recreate or restore the questionnaire in the designer ?
