Exception thrown in Export Service Check

I’m getting the following screen when I check the server diagnostics. I’m running the latest version (21.01.3 (build 30660))

Export Service check

No connection to Export Service at ${ExportServiceUrl}/.version
An exception was thrown while activating λ:WB.Core.BoundedContexts.Headquarters.DataExport.IExportServiceApi.

As a result I’m unable to export data. I get Error: Request failed with status code 500

Looking at the postgresql database, it looks fine but I don’t know much about troubleshooting this. I tried repairing both Survey Solutions and postgresql but I’m getting the same issue.

I checked the logs folder in the Survey Solutions folder. The logs seem to say that the format of the URI could not be determined. An excerpt of the relevant log is below:

I’m not sure why this would be happening because I didn’t change anything recently. It’s definitely not a bad appliance because this happens if I try it directly on the server.
