Error when trying to log in interviewer

Hello,

I have been tryingto log in as interviewer in demo.mysurvey.solutions but I consistently get an error. The credentials are just OK. What is the work around this.

I get an error that YOUR LOGIN OR PASSWORD CORRECT

Did you mean “Your login or password is incorrect”

Are you using an old account or recently created one?
Try to create a new account.

The current account. I had to create another interviewer and it picked. Thank you
