Error to import questionnaire in my heaquader

Hi,

I am one problem with my headquarter .
i have a error message when I want to import questionnaire of designer in the headquarter.
the error message is : “Fail to import questionnaire to Headquarters. Please contact support to resolve this problem.”
Please help me ?
