We have an interview that display the error below, any idea what could possibly be the cause to this?

the error message is related to an earlier communication problem during synchronization of the interview. There is no way of telling remotely if everything is all right with it. In many cases everything is, but we are taking caution, hence the message.
If the remote access to the server is not possible, inspect the status history of the interview, and contact the last supervisor and interviewer listed to confirm that the last changes are indeed present in the current presentation of the interview. You can still approve/reject/export this interview like any other, despite the message.
If you encounter that the representation of the interview is not accurate at the server, and you can’t allow remote access then the only choice I see is to repeat the interview.
Thank you, that’s all I needed to know. I just wanted to make sure that interview data will still be accepted and not be discarded or anything. I’ll ask the last approved supervisor to review the interview and make sure all is in order.

The worst part of this is interviewers can no longer access the server. When they send the data it brings back an empty version of the same questionnaire but the completed data does not reach the server. The error seems like an on and off situation. Our major worry is that the completed questionnaires have been lost. Secondly we have a continuing survey, and we cannot start unless we solve or understand what is going on.

Dear Sergiy? I am OGANGA from KENYA NATIONAL BUREAU OF STATISTICS. YVONNE IS MY COLLEAGUE. WE ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING A SURVEY USING SURVEY SOLUTIONS AND WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED THE ERROR: INTERVIEW CORRUPTED which Yvonne has already explained.
In this regard, the version installed in our local servers which are used by interviewers is (Product: 19.04.5 (build 24799)). We got feedback from Andrii on how to reprocess the broken packages which Andrii said were as a result of the lost connection between the Postgresql and our database. However, after we attempted to reprocess the packages, we are still not able to see the interviews in the HQ dashboard
