Error PL0000 during batch upload

When attempting to do a batch upload of assignments (either with TAB or ZIP files), I get the following error:

PL0000: An unexpected error occurred. We are sorry for inconvenience.

Is there anything I can do to avoid this error?

Please attach a file you are trying to preload, tell us the questionnaire name and server name.

The error is caused by the mask on the text question trying to format the value. This is a rare case, but it is our bug. We will release a fix on this problem with the next release (Oct 1st). For now, delete the questionnaire from the server, remove mask from the question contato (this is an identifying question and thus it will never be entered by an interviewer) and reimport the questionnaire again.

Please send such requests to support@mysurvey.solutions. When you so, please indicate the name of the server you use, and, preferably, attache a file you try to upload.
