Error message while creating a new survey and update previous surveys

Is there any problem with Questionnaire Designer today? I’m trying to update/continue to create my survey but any change I make even moving the questions up and down, is not allowed. I can’t save either and this message appears “Request failed unexpectedly”.
I tried to create a new survey with this account and the same happens: unable to create a new one and the same message.
Also, I created another account, logged in and tried to create a new survey. And this this time the message was “Error. An error occurred while processing your request.”
