Error loading the tester page

Dear Sir,

I am getting this error while loading the tester page Can you confirm when this can be fixed.
It is saying

502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.

There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

Hello la, Again getting the error on tester page. What is the issue. We are presenting the Questionnaire and this seems to be an issue again.

Can you please make it as soon as possible since we are in the middle of a training

I have been using Survey Solutions Designer for a long time and it is not common for the web tester to fail, this problem was an eventuality.

You can trust that the web tester will continue to function normally next week.
