User Victor has reported the following issue:
…the zip file with .tif files, doesn’t work when I tried to upload on the server like .tpk file.

In this case the error message is informative and tells exactly what the cause of the problem is, that the gdalinfo utility is not available to Survey Solutions.
The server installation instructions are detailed about this requirement:
Once these instructions are carried out, the server should accept the TIFF files. (restart of the server will be required to recognize the changes to the appsettings.production.ini configuration file).
