Enabling condition for roster question NOT applicable to other HHmembers

Since all questions in a roster are applicable to all HHmembers; The last question(Yes/No)'s enabling condition is only applicable to RESPONDENT whom I earlier chose from list of HHMembers:

How can I use this roster question that is only applicable to Respondent to either open or block other sections for the HHmembers whom the question(Yes/No) was not applicable to?

Phany, in the roster the value of @rowcode of the member who is a respondent will be the same as one selected in the respondent question. Best, Sergiy
