Downloading data is stuck as "QUEUED" in Headquarter

Hi,
Since this morning we don’t manage to download any data from our local server. It is not due to the size of datasets neither the internet connection as we tried several things. Can you please give us a solution ASAP, as we are in the middle of the data collection and we need to go on?
