Does not land on "web interview landing" page but directly in the survey

When we send invites and the person we receive it click on the link they go directly in the questionnaire and do not see the landing page (with customized text that we did it the web interview setup)

Welcome page does not show up if assignment does not have a password or a CAPTCHA is not set for the questionnaire on Web interview setup page.

So as a workaround, consider:

  • using a password for the new web-assignments;
  • If the links were already mailed out, then specify “Use CAPTCHA before interview start” in the web survey settings to demand a CAPTCHA to be entered.

Either of the above will result in welcome page with your customized text to be shown.
