Deploy Survey Server with azure

I followed the documentation for the creation of a server with Azure: here is the link to the server created at the end of the procedure: https://cerca-webapp.azurewebsites.net/

Unfortunately the server does not open, I receive the following error message: Application Error
If you are the application administrator, you can access the diagnostic resources.

Have you tried clicking the diagnostic resources link? What does it say?

below the new page i have. please what could be the next step for the configuration of survey server at this stage.
