“…if there’s an option to customize the visuals of the deployed solution - I see the option to place a logo but nothing else…”
Any survey in Survey Solutions may include:
- photos/images/pictures;
- videos;
- audio recordings;
- PDF documents.
These are managed in the Questionnaire Attachments tab in the left-side toolbar of the Designer.
There are capabilities for formatting text and inclusion of the hyperlinks.
See the following public example questionnaire which demonstrates these capabilities.
Additionally, specifically for web surveys it is possible to customize the entry pages (starting/finishing the survey, etc) and the templates for web-invitations, see
The logo can be uploaded in the workspace settings and it is per-workspace (different workspaces can have different logos).
If there is a particular other need, this can be discussed here or in #3453 (if that is the type of customization that is needed).
