Creating Offline map

Hi,

I have been trying to upload .tif map file to the HQ to make it available for interviewers when they are working offline. However, the resources that I have been using so far end up with failure (some components of tif file is missing) and open street map is the only option available to the app. Is there a reliable source to create offline maps?

Not sure I understand this question. Are you looking for a source of maps? Or a tool to create them?
