Could not connect to Designer

User Lilian Nyasetia has sent us the following question:

I am trying to import my questionnaire form designer to headquarter but I am receiving an error, see below [screenshot showing error message "Could not connect to Designer. Please check if Designer is available and try again.] What could be the problem?

  1. How to check if Designer is available is described here.
    (As of today it shows 99.974% availability).

  2. The problem is likely related to the user performing the installation did not complete the post-installation configuration steps.

  3. Reportedly this may also be caused by the server clock set up incorrectly. Please check the clock and time zone settings.
