To me those are not same category titles… please how to resolve this.
In general: You are copy-pasting the Question text of your questions. Those are not checked for uniqueness. This error indicates that your category titles are not unique. For example, you can’t have a single-select question with categories

The error message indicates that your Translation file returns compilation errors. Double-check your file Revised Acholi Translations_BZ and look out for duplicates of Option Titles for questions C1.3., C1.8 & C1.10.
For example, filter column “Variable” in the Excel file, displaying only the variable name of question C1.3. as defined in Survey Solutions Designer. Go through all strings added in column “Translation” for which column “Type”==“OptionTitle”. Look out for duplicates.
Technically, question texts are also checked for uniqueness. You will get a message: WB0266 Duplicate questions. (Questions have the same title.)

@znuderl_branko can notice that all the questions mentioned are referring to crops. Most likely they have the same shared source of categories, which has duplicate entries for crops, perhaps something like “other” in different groups of crops.
We know that the problem is in the translation file, not the content you see in the Designer’s form because of the exact error message cited:
The message “Categories titles must be unique” is prepended with the language name. By the way, since this is visible to the end user - not the best name, instead of “Revised Acholi Translations_BZ” use “Acholi”.
