Hi,
In the survey solution server. the color name of the interviewer is changed to red.

Is there a meaning for this color !

It means either the remaining storage on the tablet is low or date and time on the tablet is not set properly. Please follow the link to the user profile to see more details.

It means that either

  • that interviewer’s available storage has dropped below 100MiB, or
  • the clock difference with the server is more than 10 minutes.

(or both).

Is there a negative effect on the work! Because the interviewer is found in a very far away place.
