Child items limitation

Hi SS Team,

I am facing the limitation issue while creating the child items. It’s showing the error and not permit to create more items. Please provide me the best solution at the earliest.

ERROR: “Selection cannot have more than 400 child items”.

Hi developer Team,

Can you increase the child items (question) volume more than 400 for a single section? Because, more than 400 questions exist for a particular section in my questionnaire.

Also assist me how do I create the question in the same section? Do I create subsection?

you have encountered the very first limit listed here:

No it may not be changed.

more than 400 questions exist for a particular section in my questionnaire.

restructure your questionnaire. Designate sections to contain no more than 400, better 100 elements in each.
