I was thinking, it would be really useful to have an option to include an unsubscribe hyperlink at the end of CAWI invitation emails. Do you think it’s possible that Survey Solutions will support this feature in the future?
We’ve been using CAWI for about a year, and we wanted to offer respondents the ability to unsubscribe from further emails and reminders. Since there’s currently no built-in unsubscribe feature, we added a note in the invitation email asking respondents to reply to the message if they wish to unsubscribe.
Once we receive their reply at HQ, we manually locate the assignment and archive it. While this works, it’s a bit inefficient, especially as the number of respondents grows. A built-in unsubscribe link would really streamline this process.
