I am implementing bulk delivery of CAWI survey links. After creating the assignments, Survey Solutions indicates the total number of assignments created. Then, after sending invitation links, Survey Solutions indicates the number of invitations successfully sent. I realize that not all the assignments created are successfully sent with the links. My challenge is that I am unable to identify which assignments were not delivered to survey participants. Does someone know a way to identify these failed invitations in Survey Solutions? Thanks.
Yes, these explain exactly my experience, except I could not attach shots: A number of invitations are created to be sent (exhibit A), and after invitations are sent by clicking “send invitations”, the count shows not all were successfully sent (exhibit B). Yet, exhibit C shows all invitations have been sent already! Wondering if there is a way to trace if all were actually sent!
In my trial it was possible to check the 2 mailboxes where the messages were sent and both invitations were delivered. Whether this is always true or only sometimes, I don’t know, unfortunately.
