Can't log in to headquarters

Hi! I’m currently exploring CAPI software, including Survey Solutions. But I can’t log in to The account I used for designing questionnaire is rejected. Is there any solution for this?

As an additional info, I’ve watched a tutorial that suggests me to use “Headquarters1” as a username and password for logging in, but it’s also not working.
