Cannot upload questionnaire to Demo Server

Dear SS Team,

Am trying to upload a questionnaire to the Demo Server for testing and getting error message when I tried to login in the Designer: “The server is not registered with Questionnaire Designer. Please contact support for registration. IP:10.169.0.4”

  1. if you meant “Demo Server” as described in
    https://support.mysurvey.solutions/headquarters/config/demo-server/
    then it is properly configured, and I have just tested the questionnaire import and it imported the questionnaire from the Designer just fine. Please retry.

  2. if you meant “Data Server” and you are setting up a local self-hosted Survey Solutions data server, then make sure you submit a request through
    https://mysurvey.solutions/NewServerRequest

Hello SS team,
I have a similar problem. I want to log in to the Demo Server but I just get an error for “incorrect username or password”. But the username and password are the same that I use to log in to the main website and the designer page as well as to the tester app. Unfortunately there is no option for resetting the password.
Is there any help please.

and why is that supposed to work for the demo server?
