Attendance Roster,

Hello am currently attempting to providing assistance with a monitoring survey,
the difficulty I am having is implementing a roster that would effectively track attendance over the course of a 1 month period.

Any practical solutions and suggestions would be welcomed.

Please define what do you mean by “effectively”.

In a typical working week ‘5’ working days at the very least is expected, when this criteria isn’t met the reason for absence should be recorded

Q1: How many days have you worked last week? (numeric)
Q2: Why less than 5? (text, Q1<5)
