We are also having the same problem and we are in the middle of a survey, our interviewers are unable to send data.
Morning, interviewer application was downloaded, getting a error after attempted installation “app not installed”,. When synchronization is attempted getting a message you have incompatible version of survey solutions" it is advising that interviewer should uninstall and reinstall. My concern is the data still on the tablet, and what a uninstall might do, is there a way to back up what is on the tablet. Can i get some help with this please.
