It should be: Interviewer app without Maps: ~50 MB
It is formulated a bit confusing but if ESRI is excluded then app doesn’t contain maps.
And it will lead to the answer about the size of the application.
Consult your survey coordinator for guidance as to which version of the Interviewer App you need to download and install because their functionality is different. The default is functionality without maps, (which is the smaller App).
