We have checked in the APIs offered by Survey Solutions that some of the methods appear with the name crossed out.
We have doubts if this means that these functions will be decommissioned eventually. our concern arises because we have interfaces that currently work and by canceling these methods our programs would stop working.

Yes, eventually they will.
Use this time to migrate your code (better) or freeze the version used for data collection (worse).
Where the functionality is deprecated, there is usually a workaround or a new way of doing the same.
And sometimes that new way may involves the GraphQL API. See more:
