API failing to recognize FROM query param

When contacting API I used this request.

https://demo.mysurvey.solutions/api/v1/export/Tabular/c0dc325860d34c9490fc631b615113f9%242?from=2020-01-12-00%3A00%3A00&status=Completed

It properly filters based on status query parameter but from field query parameter is not taken into account. Is there something wrong with the request params? I cannot tell what is the correct datetime format to be used, ISO 8601 does not work.

We are still facing this API issue. Anybody with some advice on this. Thanks.

Specify both from and to fields of the query:
