Hello, after updating, i have found “Action at Submission” with Ignore, Warn and block as options. What does it mean, and what are they meant for

Updating without reading the release notes is rather dangerous as an update may change the way the program works not only for an hq user, but also for the interviewers. Moreover it can change how the program communicates over the API queries, so do check the release notes for important changes before you update. Always. Because (unless your backups are really great) there is no way back to downgrade the deployed version.
