Hi, I am trying to import my questionnaire to the HQ. Trying to log in by using the Headquarters1 credentials as mentioned in the video tutorials gives me the error message “You do not have permission to access this site. Contact your administrator”. Appreciate any support of the community on this super basic hickup :)Thank you!

as per this announcement the demo server went into the read-only mode earlier this year.
You can still go over the steps in the video tutorial by utilizing a Personal Demo Server instead of the demo server.

Does that mean I have to install the survey solutions on my laptop to import the questionnaires and distribute them to the respondents?
I plan to do the web-based survey sending out links to the respondents.

Neither the demo server nor the PDS were ever intended to conduct real surveys with real respondents submitting real answers.
